DeTweep is a one-click system that has your Twitter account stop following every user that you follow and they don’t follow back. It does not remove users who follow you though. The usefulness of the application is described on their website as,

If you have followed a large number of other users in the past and have the need to clean up your account, you could either go page by page and manually unfollow everyone OR simply use this system. It’s just one click.
