Filetweet lets you send files to your Twitter followers. All you need is a Twitter account – your files are sent by DM.
The screenshot below shows the details you need to provide to upload a file. At the same time, the page shows a list of files that you may have received from others.
FileTweet seems to differentiate itself from other file sharing apps for Twitter by providing an option to share files privately.
