Instant Tweets is a Firefox plugin that allows you to use the Firefox ‘awesome bar’ to send out Twitter Status Updates.

Some features:

• Send Tweets instantly from your address bar by simply clicking the blue bird icon!
• “Characters Remaining Countdown” always shown in the address bar – You will know exactly how many characters you have remaining for your tweets
• Lengthy URL’s are automatically shortened through Twitter
• Right click on any site to instantly tweet about it on Twitter.
• Right click on any Image to instantly tweet a link to it on Twitter.
• Know who is following you on Twitter, the bird icon will display BLUE if someone is following you and RED if they are not.
