MessageDance is a platform for sharing digital content and conversations from your social sites and through email. Publish just once and your content will be shared to all of the places you hang out. The innovation that MessageDance seems to be trying is to use an email-based message distribution for social networks.

The feature set and setup for MessageDance is quite confusing. Let me just post as explained by the authors:

Anywhere to Anywhere Blogging, Tweets by email, Photo tweeting, Deliver Tweets even when twitter is down, MyTweets (Expand tweets with video, audio, photo). Inline Retweet/Reply to tweet. Blog anyone’s last 10 tweets to your blog , Blog tweet conversations to your blog.
