TwitterManiacs
TwitterManiacs provides a collection of tools. This includes tools to find the first tweet done by a particular user, the date when your Twitter account was created, etc.
MyTweet16
MyTweet16 shows the earliest tweets for a particular user. It is similar to My First Tweet. The only difference being that My First Tweet shows the 1st tweet of the user, while MyTweet16 shows 16 or more.
