TinyTwitter is a Java based application for mobile devices. It should work on any phone that supports the J2ME platform.

As described on the website,

   used to use this a lot on my BlackBerry, but recently switched over to twitterberry. I got sick of the “could not connect” message every time I tried to update or send a tweet. Although if I sent the same request again it would work. Stupid. Should be easy to fix, but I'm no programmer.

   I switched to http://www.snaptu.com after the annoying ‘cant connect’ messages
