Tweetmondo
Tweetmondo enables you to find local Twitter users. You can search for Twitters in your country, state, city or even street!
Tweetmondo was created to facilitate social networking by making it easier to find people physically close to each other. Tweetmondo does not mean to compete with Twitter’s own search tool, but rather offers a different approach for finding people.
