Tweetr is a Twitter client for Windows and Mac OS X written using Adobe Air.

An interesting feature of Tweetr is the ability to drag and drop files on it. It will send a link to the file to your friend as a Tweet. You can also shoot videos using your Webcam and have Tweetr send a link to it.
