Tweetsourcer is a marketing tool for Twitter which automatically reaches the right crowd on Twitter for you.
Once you login with your Twitter credentials, you enter a set of keywords that is of interest to you. Tweetsourcer checks the public timeline for people who have tweeted about this keyword, and automatically follows them. The implicit understanding here is that some of these people will follow you back, hence helping you build a targeted audience to tweet to about your products.
