Twi.tt uses OAuth to login to Twitter and provides you with options to upload files. The main page displays a Twi.tt timeline that displays photos, etc that were recently uploaded. You can leave comments for any of the items that have been uploaded to Twi.tt
All in all, this is a very worthy competitor to Twitpic.
